I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they go by - Douglas Adams

People started wishing 'Happy New Year'.

I say what's so happy about the new year? Why do we even celebrate sometimes? To rejoice the coming of a new year? Or maybe we're just deceiving ourselves by telling ourselves ' It's a new year, I'll promise to be a better person' and start coming up with unrealistic resolutions.

Why can't we do it today? Right here, right now, instead of waiting for an entire year.

Sigh, I'm in a horrible mood.
I get nightmares about my big fat D for Stats.
Kidding. But it's quite depressing when I think about it.

Do I really want to do Statistics 2 next year?
God give me a sign.

About 11 days to exams.

Status: DOOMED

I found this on PostSecret.
I love all things ironic.

Saddam Hussein was executed today, at dawn.
He's like the scum of the earth.
But still, I don't think he deserves to be hanged.
I'm against capital punishment. Who are we to say if someone deserves life or death?
The hell that awaits for people like him is more terrifying than the gallows.

This reminded about the article I read about Lina Joy's case written by the woman who interviewed Mrina for Oxford.(I think)
"If God can't even force men to believe in Him, then why should men force other men to believe in God?"
